After AP-5201, our team developed new generation product with the model of AP-5202, comparing to AP-5201, AP-5202 is one cushion system producing single row air pad, on the purpose for simple protection during transportation. More simple and convenient in operation, widely used in the protection of instrument meters, third party logistics, luggage, electronics, mechanical components, glasses, or shopping industry.  This model with the same features as AP-5201:

Instant on-line processing— Equipment to go with the production line. Switch on to run packing materials for instant use, saving handling time, storage space and delivery expense.

Excellent buffer effect---Each air cube can sustain 40kg weight, yielding effective filling between air pad and external packaging. This prohibits expanded spacing inside carton boxes en-route and occasional damage caused by shifting positions and shocking of goods.

Lower packing cost--- Air pad consist of 99% air and 1% film, a 30~50% cost reduction compare to other filling solutions.

Environmentally friendly---Air pad is reusable, and could be recycled when broken. Comply with environmental laws and regulations , AP-5202 film is with SGS certification, meet ROHS requirements. Recyclable.
